TERMS & POLICIES

Picture Mail is a monthly fine art subscription created and operated by artist Austin Call. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Picture Mail offers two subscription options:

Monthly Subscription — $15/month

Includes one 5 × 7-inch fine art giclée print, an identifying plate card, and a personal letter each month. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled.

Annual Subscription — $135/year

Includes twelve monthly fine art prints, accompanying plate cards, and letters. The annual subscription offers a 25% savings compared to twelve monthly payments.

Annual subscriptions automatically renew every twelve months unless canceled before the next renewal date.

2. THE ARTWORK

Each month's artwork is selected by Austin Call and remains a surprise until its release. All artwork is created by the artist and reproduced as fine art giclée prints.

Prints form part of an ongoing collection of numbered plates. Plate numbers identify works within the series and do not indicate a limited edition unless otherwise specified.

Artwork may vary in subject, color, and composition.

3. ENROLLMENT & DELIVERY

The 20th of each month is the enrollment cutoff for the following month's edition.

Subscriptions placed after the 20th will begin with the subsequent eligible monthly edition.

Picture Mail is dispatched monthly. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and destination.

4. ANNUAL COLLECTIONS

Annual subscribers purchasing the 2027 collection receive all twelve artworks from January through December 2027.

Subscribers joining after the collection has begun will receive previously released artworks together in an initial catch-up shipment, with remaining editions delivered monthly.

Annual collections are subject to the availability and fulfillment terms stated at purchase.

5. INAUGURAL EDITION

Annual subscribers who enroll by November 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time will receive an exclusive introductory print in December 2026, in addition to the twelve prints comprising the 2027 collection.

This special inaugural print is reserved for qualifying early subscribers and is not included with annual subscriptions purchased after the promotional deadline.

6. BILLING & CANCELLATION

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.

Subscribers may cancel future automatic renewals at any time through their available subscription-management options or by emailing duhrivative@gmail.com.

To allow time for manual processing, subscribers are encouraged to submit email cancellation requests at least 48 hours before their next renewal. Cancellation requests received before renewal will be honored in accordance with applicable law.

Canceling prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically refund payments already processed. Annual subscribers remain entitled to any artwork included in their paid collection.

7. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Subscription purchases are nonrefundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.

If artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive, please contact duhrivative@gmail.com with your order details.

Replacement artwork or appropriate resolution will be provided where required by law.

8. SHIPPING

Domestic shipping within the United States is included in the subscription price.

International shipping may incur additional postage charges, disclosed at checkout. International subscribers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.

Delivery times may vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and notifying Picture Mail of address changes before shipment. Address updates can be submitted to duhrivative@gmail.com.

9. COPYRIGHT & PERSONAL USE

All artwork, imagery, and accompanying written materials remain the intellectual property of Austin Call.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be commercially reproduced or distributed without written authorization.

Physical prints may be gifted or resold.

10. CHANGES & CONTACT

Picture Mail may update its policies, artwork offerings, or future subscription pricing as the collection evolves. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable law.
